Kinga Boguszko
Positive Psychologist, Potential Development Coach, Career Advisor
Kinga is a distinguished graduate of the first and only university in the world offering an integrated program in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, driven by a passion for discovering and utilizing human potential.
Her approach to work combines a deep understanding of psychology with practical coaching strategies, laying the foundation for lasting change and comprehensive development. Kinga helps her clients uncover their unique talents and strive for life harmony, supporting them in fully utilizing their capabilities in various aspects of life.
Since the age of twelve, she has lived in London, where she has built an international network of contacts that now serves her and her clients in navigating the complex world of their personal and professional goals.
Kinga is also an author, an expert in branding, a nature and architecture enthusiast, and a passionate dancer and lover of oriental cuisine. One of her long-term aspirations is to create an institution supporting holistic development, a place that is accessible to all, and a meeting place for specialists and enthusiasts.
In the "Ukierunkowani" project, Kinga invites you to jointly create a space where trust in one's own strengths and intuition becomes the key to realizing the boldest ambitions and dreams.
Jarosław Moser
Trainer of Psychological Workshops, Journalist, Mediator
Jarosław Moser is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Philosophy and History, and an experienced trainer of psychological workshops. He has worked at the Higher School of Humanities and Economics in Łódź as well as the C.G. Jung Psychology Study in Łódź.
He has collaborated with the University of Łódź and the Ostrowskie Entrepreneurship Support Center. Jarosław began his training career in 2000 at the Higher School of Humanities and Economics, where he worked as an assistant in the Department of Philosophy, conducting ethics workshops. He was responsible for designing innovative workshop-based ethics classes and, over the following years, delivered more than 500 ethics workshops alongside hundreds of sessions on topics such as integration, communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and self-presentation. He also trained trainers in ethics, conflict resolution, and negotiation methodologies. For pedagogy students, he led seminars on workshop teaching methodologies.
In the Jungian study program, his lectures on the history of philosophy, presentations on the Enneagram, Chinese medicine, and Buddhist psychology were highly regarded. He also developed a signature workshop titled Healing the Inner Child, incorporating elements of transactional analysis and psychodrama. Since 2017, he has been living in England.
Jarosław considers dialogue and working in small groups to be universal tools for developing human potential. Psychological workshops are his preferred form of group work, as each group offers a unique opportunity to understand others and refine his own skills, making workshop facilitation an endless field for exploration and self-improvement.


Joanna Vogel
Educator, Family Coach & Mentor
Joanna is a highly qualified communication specialist, family coach, and educator with over 15 years of experience gained both in Poland and internationally, including the United States, France, and the United Kingdom. Her professional career spans roles as a private nanny, teacher in Polish and English schools, and owner of a language school. This diverse background has given her extensive experience working not only with children but also with their caregivers.
As a family coach and expert, Joanna passionately collaborates with parents, teachers, and caregivers, supporting them in raising children with intention and awareness. Her work is characterized by a personalized approach to the needs of each family, going beyond standard methods. Joanna believes that openness, acceptance, empathy, and effective communication are key to fostering mutual understanding and expressing individual needs within the family.
Her natural ability to build relationships is invaluable in resolving conflicts and strengthening positive connections with loved ones. Joanna not only supports families in their growth but also inspires them to seek a deeper sense of purpose in life. Her workshops and coaching sessions often focus on self-realization and deeper insights into behaviors, directly improving family dynamics and interpersonal relationships.
